This project was a fun one to design. The owner gave us the freedom to think outside the box. He just wanted a modern style and a putting green to play on. We teamed up with Concrete Creations to make these custom planters and the firepit.

We had a 4,695 SF paver patio, landscape lighting, a putting green, and a bar with a sink and fridge. We also worked with subcontractors to get a gas fire pit, sound system with buried subs, and screens to surround the relaxing seating area
One of our biggest challenges was installing the putting green because of the incorporation of changes in elevation to make each hole a different difficulty level. Another challenge our team faced was the installation of the gas fireplace in the sitting area. The fireplace had to be made offsite and brought to the location, it was very difficult to install as it was very heavy.
It was exciting to learn everything there is to know about putting greens. There was a lot of research involved as most of the team do not play golf. It’s exciting to expand horizons and learn new subjects.
The client now has a space to practice golf at all times with easy accessibility. There is also screened in patio spaces to enjoy the outdoors with no bugs or dirt to bother you. There is now a large space to enjoy with friends and family.
